HOW TO BOOK

You can browse the properties available for rental in our Property Search either by your requirements for sleeping accommodation or by your preference for location.

• Once you've identified a property, use the e-mail link on that page to notify us of the dates you require

• In response, we'll advise you of availability, the rental price and answer any other initial queries you may have

• If you want to proceed with a booking, please contact us with the following information:

• Full name of person making the booking
• Permanent address in UK
• Daytime and evening UK telephone numbers
• Number of people in your party indicating adults and children
• Flight numbers, arrival and departure times and airport (whether Alicante or Murcia)
• Policy number and insurer for your holiday insurance

• In return, we'll forward a Rental Agreement. Print out two copies of the Agreement, sign both, keep one copy for yourself and return the other to us with your deposit. Once these funds are cleared, we'll confirm your booking
